YEREVAN MUNICIPALITY DECIDES THE FATE OF PARTIALLY BUILT BUILDINGS

Yerevan Municipality has decided the fate of buildings of Dvin hotel,
former Sevan hotel, Youth Chamber and other such like partially built
buildings where construction works were suspended for many years.

Yerevan’s chief architect Narek Sargsyan told the reporters today
that they met with the constructors of the territories and reached
a clear arrangement.

“No one refuses its commitments, the works are moving forward, we
have made it clear,” he said, noting that the lawyers are working
and though they cannot say that the works will launch in a year,
but projects are already being specified. “We will able to say clear
date after final contracts,” he said.
