NKR EX-MINISTER: MOSCOW ALWAYS SOLD WEAPONRY TO BAKU

PanARMENIAN.Net – Azerbaijan pursues two-faced policy, New Times
party leader said.

“Baku cooperates with both NATO and Russia,” Aram Karapetyan told
a press conference, commenting on reports on Russian-Azerbaijani
arms deal.

Dwelling on Armenia’s policy on Artsakh-related issues, party leader
noted international recognition of Nagorno Karabakh Republic as
priority for RA foreign policy.

Former foreign of Artsakh Republic Arman Melikyan in turn, noted that
Russia has always sold weaponry to Azerbaijan.

“Baku currently seeks for cooperation with Russia,” he said.
