YEREVAN. – High probability for pulmonary disease mainly occurs after
40 years, expert at the Armenia’s Ministry of Healthcare Andranik
Voskanyan said at a press conference on Monday.
According to him, salt therapy (speleotherapy) plays a very important
role in Armenia. Its main feature is the recreational character,
which is restoration with the help of underground rest.
“This method is helpful not only for people, who are sick, but also
for next generations, as majority of pregnant women may get rid of
the disease prior to giving birth to their children,” he claimed.
