ARMENIAN AMBASSADOR URGED UN MEMBER COUNTRIES TO CONDEMN SAFAROV’S PARDON

Yerevan/Mediamax/. Armenia’s Permanent Representative in the UN,
Ambassador Karen Nazaryan urged the UN member countries to condemn
Azerbaijan’s anti-Armenian policy and particularly the pardon of
Ramil Safarov, the murderer of the Armenian officer.
Speaking on “Elimination of Racism, Racial Discrimination and
Intolerance”, Karen Nazaryan said that Ramil Safarov’s pardon not
only contradicts humanitarian purposes of the international law but
also challenges the whole sphere of human rights, Mediamax reports.
Ambassador Nazaryan called on the international community to continue
condemning this inexcusable behavior which jeopardizes the regional
peace and security.
