NSS CONFISCATED ALL DOCUMENTS OF “CIVILITAS”

National Security Service has decided to confiscate all documents of
“Civilitas” foundation. In the decision of seizure of deputy chief
of Investigation Department M. Hambartsoumian, it is mainly said:

“Confiscate all documents of “Civilitas” fund, including the document
of donating $577.897 and 11.494.000 AMD to “Civilitas” by “Hantsman
International” and “Polimer Materials Inc.” corporations registered
in USA and $1.427.000 through the president of “Civilitas” fund Board
of Trustees Vardan Oskanyan.

All documents of possession, usage and disposal of that money,
including decisions of Board of Trustees, protocols of the meetings
mentioned, the directions where the money had gone to, people owning
being provided with the money, orders and announcements, as well as all
documents which have any connection with the 2 deals mentioned above
(with the exception of administrative costs of supporting accounts)”
