Armenia’s President Serzh Sargsyan received on Saturday
French-Armenian well-known businessman in telecommunication sector
Serzh Churuk and the delegation of French businessmen who have arrived
in Armenia with him.
According to President’s press service, the delegation comprises of
businessmen representing telecommunication, information technology,
construction, industry areas and having great role in political and
economic life of France.
Serzh Sargsyan welcomed the visit of the delegation, stressing that
Armenia has warm, friendly relations with France.
Armenia’s president said since the establishment of diplomatic
relations between Armenia and France the relations between the two
countries expanded and reinforced more. Armenia is ready to boost and
expand bilateral relations.
Serzh Churuk said the delegation wants to get familiarized with
Armenia’s economy, investment environment, ongoing programs. The
businessmen are planning to discuss the opportunities of opening new
French enterprises and making investments in Armenia, promoting the
development of trade-economic relations between the two countries.
The president briefed on the priorities of Armenia’s economy, ongoing
and future programs, implemented reforms.
