President of the Nagorno-Karabakh Republic (NKR) Bako Sahakyan received
on Tuesday Personal Representative of the OSCE Chairperson-in-Office,
Ambassador Andrzej Kasprzyk.
The sides discussed the latest developments in the Nagorno-Karabakh
peace process, situation on the Line of Contact.
The NKR leader dwelt on the recent extradition of Azeri officer Ramil
Safarov to Azerbaijan. He stressed that the action is a serious blow
to the negotiation process and OSCE Minsk Group’s mediation mission.
