ARMENIAN REPRESENTATIVE IN THE CYPRUS PARLIAMENT VARTKES MAHDESSIAN HAD A MEETING WITH THE HUNGARIAN AMBASSADOR
Nicosia – Tuesday 4 September – Armenian Representative in the Cyprus
Parliament Vartkes Mahdessian had a meeting with the Hungarian
Ambassador in Cyprus on Tuesday morning and presented him with a
protest letter on the release of Azerbaijani axe-murderer Ramil
Safarov.
Mahdessian conveyed his utter dismay and shock of the Armenian
community of Cyprus and said that Armenians all over the world from
every corner of the Diaspora, Armenia and Nagorno Karabakh were
shocked at the decision of the Hungarian government.
Organised by the Armenian youth, the community is organising a
demonstartion at the Hungarian Embassy on Wednesday 5 September
at 12:00.
