TER-TADEVOSYAN THINKS AZERBAIJAN WILL START WAR

Hero of Artsakh war, Major General Arkadi Ter-Tadevosyan (Commandos)
is sure the process of Ramil Safarov’s extradition was the first
step undertaken by Azerbaijan to launch a war. He says Turkey is also
involved. An agreement was signed between Azerbaijan and Turkey on 29
October 2011 obliging Azerbaijan not to take any step on the foreign
front without Turkey’s awareness.
Ter-Tadevosyan thinks Armenia should recognize Karabakh’s
independence. He also said that Armenia is ready for a war.
