In the first quarter of this year, 88,570.1 and in the second quarter
120,547.1 tons of wheat was imported. According to the National
Statistics Service, in the first quarter 166.5 and in the second
quarter 557.4 tons of flour was imported.

Imported sugar totaled 591.7 tons in the first quarter, 50991.5 tons
in th second quarter. Rice totaled 3056.7 in the first quarter, and
2789.9 tons in the second quarter.

Pasta, vegetable oil, eggs, poultry, beef and pork were also imported,
as well as fruit and vegetables, including potato. 1009.2 and 4066.3
tons of potatoes was imported in the first and second quarters, while
farmers complain they cannot sell their potato.

Brandy, wine, mineral water, fruit and cheese was exported from
Armenia in the first half of the year.
