London Olympics 2012: Hripsime Khurshudyan wins Armenia’s first medal

Armenia’s weightlifter Hripsime Khurshudyan won bronze medal of the
London Olympic Games. She competed in women’s 75 kilogram category. It
is Armenia’s first medal at the Olympics.

Hripsime lifted 128 kilograms in snatch and 166 in clean and jerk
having a total of 295 kilograms.

The gold went to Zhou Lulu from China. Russia’s Tatiana Kashirina won silver.
