RF FEDERATION COUNCIL CHAIRPERSON MADE NO STATEMENT ON NAGORNO-KARABAKH IN ARMENIA’S CAPITAL

Valentina Matviyenko, Chairperson of the Federation Council of Russia,
who is on an official visit to Armenia at the invitation of Armenian
Parliament Speaker Hovik Abrahamyan, has not made any statement on
the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict.
Therefore, the report in the July 13 issue of the Hraparak newspaper
does not correspond to the facts, the Information and Public Relations
Department, Parliament of Armenia, told Tert.am.
Neither at official meetings nor at dinner did such discussions take
place, the official report says.
