On June 13 the National Security Service arrested the former head of
the department of penitentiaries Samvel Hovhannisyan.
As PastInfo was informed from reliable sources, S. Hovhannisyan is
suspected of having prepared an ordered murder with mercenary motives
by a group of people.
According to the same source, preparation of the murder of a convict
through other convicts is meant.
