GREEN AREAS WILL INCREASE IN YEREVAN’S NORTHERN AVENUE

YEREVAN. – Armenian capital city Yerevan’s Northern Avenue’s
improvements, landscaping, and renewing of the exterior lighting
will soon commence. As a result, the Avenue’s green areas will
increase approximately threefold, the tiles will be replaced, and new
solutions will be given to exterior lighting, stated Yerevan Mayor
Taron Margaryan, during the regular working consultation held at the
City Hall.
Also, an instruction was given to involve in these projects the
proprietors of the businesses located in Northern Avenue.
In addition, a directive was given to include the businesses, which
have leased areas in Yerevan’s parks and gardens, in the installation
of night lighting in these areas.
