YEREVAN, JUNE 8, ARMENPRESS: The widespread rumors issued by
Azerbaijani mass media on the possible combat operations on Nagorno
Karbakh -Azerbaijan line of contact towards Aghdam and Fizulai are
nothing but imagination.
Information and propaganda department of the Defense Army of Nagorno
Karabakh informed Armenpress that in comparison with the previous
days the ceasefire violations in the different parts of the front
line have become more frequent and have increased; which however
did not affected and will not affect the general state. The front
subdivisions of Nagorno-Karabakh Republic Defense Army are conducting
their duty along the front line of combat positions vigilantly.
Only during June 6 and June 7 thousands of shots were released by
Azerbaijani military forces from weapons of different calibers in
direction of Defense Army’s positions. NKR military forces in case
of necessity implemented response actions and suppressed opponent’s
activity.
