ARKADI TER-TADEVOSYAN: AZERBAIJAN NOT READY TO WAR

Azerbaijan is not ready to military operations, former Deputy Defense
Minister, hero of Artsakh war, Major-General Arkadi Ter-Tadevosyan
(Commandos) said commenting on Azerbaijani provocations.

The Major-General stressed even if Baku seeks that adventure, Armenians
Armed forces will be able to counterattack the rival.

Artsakh war hero cited renowned German philosopher, military expert
Carl von Clausewitz’s words that a country having coped with united
society, efficient army and clever leadership during peace will
have victory in the war. Commandos said Azerbaijan “fails” the
implementation of those three elements.

Arkadi Ter-Tadevosyan said the main problem of Azerbaijan is the issue
of national minorities, which are widely violated in that country.
