GYUMRI, MAY 28, ARMENPRESS: Armenian First Republic declaration’s94-th
anniversary was also celebrated in Gyumri. On the initiative of
municipality of Gyumri tribute was paid to memory of soldiers who had
struggled for creating Armenian statehood.
Armenpress reports that flowers were put on the monuments of Andranik
Ozanyan and other heroes than all participants went on march to square
after Garegin Nzhdeh. The events dedicated to the holiday of First
Republic continued in the square Vardanants where the brass band of
Gyumri municipality had a concert.
