Azerbaijan leaves Karabakh out of antiterror convention

Warsaw, 16 May: Within the framework of the Council of Europe summit
Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Elmar Mammadyarov signed the convention
on preventing terrorism in Warsaw today. However, the proviso was
made that Azerbaijan’s commitments do not apply either to Nagornyy
Karabakh or other occupied territories.
We should note that another three conventions can also be signed at
the summit.
