were almost perfect, political analyst said.
Commenting on election results, Karen Kocharyan noted with irony,
“What can’t be bought with money, can be bought with lots of money.”
Armenian National Congress (ANC) opposition bloc member, in turn,
characterized the past elections as “disgraceful.” According to him,
people stood in line for electoral bribes to “sell themselves into
slavery.”

they committed, whilst confident of their impunity,”
