ARMENIA, ARGENTINA TO SIGN ECONOMIC COOPERATION AGREEMENT

YEREVAN. – The Government of Armenia on Thursday approved the proposal
to authorize an economic cooperation agreement with Argentina.

The aforesaid proposal was received from the Argentinean side.

The two countries had signed-in Buenos Aires in 1994-an agreement on
trade and economic cooperation, but the document’s term had expired
in 2010. So, there was a need to sign a new agreement.

This is a standard document, and the Armenian government has signed
similar agreements with numerous countries.
