Minutes ago, the RA Court of Appeals announced that it had found the
appeal of convicted pedophile Serop Der-Boghossian baseless and would
refuse to hear it.
Der-Boghossian, an American-Armenian businessman, was convicted of
the charges late last year in Armenia.
