LAWSUIT FOR CALLING TURKISH POLITICIAN ARMENIAN CONTINUES IN TURKEY

The lawsuit against Suleiman Yeshilyurti, who called Turkish opposition
leader Kemal Kilicdaroglu Armenian, continues in Turkey.

Yeshilyurti authored a book titled “Son of Dersim Armenian Yemush –
engineer Kemal” that unveiled “People’s Republican Party” leader
Kemal Kilicdaroglu’s Armenian descent.

Turkish “Zaman” daily informs Ankara’s first appeal court hosted
a regular hearing, where Yeshilyurti objected the charges filed
against him.

If the court defines that Yeshilyurti is guilty he will be sentenced
from 1 to 2 years in prison.
