The Turkish ambassador to Azerbaijan has made a new statement on the
Armenia-Turkey reconciliation process.

According to the Azerbaijani media, Hulusi Kilic has said that the
border between the two countries will not open, with the dispute over
Nagorno-Karabakh remaining unsettled.

“Unless the Azerbaijani lands are liberated, the Armenian-Turkish
border will not open,” the diplomat was quoted as saying.
