RUSSIAN, ARMENIAN SPECIALISTS DISCUSS BILINGUAL EDUCATION

The office of the Russian Federal Agency for the CIS, Compatriots
Living Abroad and International Humanitarian Cooperation in Armenia
has concluded a seminar on teaching Russian language in a bilingual
space, organized by the Institute for Development of Education of the
National Research Institute “High School of Economics” with support
of the Armenian Ministry for Education and Science and the National
Institute for Education, NEWS.am reports.
The program included sessions, lectures and seminars. They touched upon
such topics as prospects of the Russian language in Armenia, education
level, formation of school space, school books for development of
reading skills, use of international studies of PIRLS and PISA.
