RA Minister of Energy and Natural Resources Armen Movsissyan, who was
caught on video playing on his iPad during a parliamentary meeting
on Wednesday, rushed to his car immediately after today’s government
meeting.
The reporters pursuing him were seeking comments during the incident,
to which, hiding a smile, the minister said, “We’ll talk later;
I’m late now – you’re making me late.”
