The trial scheduled for today in which the Jehovah’s Witnesses are
suing Armenian Public TV for defamation of character was postponed
after the defense made a motion to wait till November 15, the day
the RA Constitutional Court will decide on the constitutionality of
Article 1087 of the nation’s Civil Code.
The court sustained the motion and scheduled the next trial date for
December 21.
