ARMENIA’S PSRC ALLOWS INTERENERGO BV TO SELL 100% OF ENA TO INTER RAO HOLDING BV

YEREVAN, September 28. / ARKA /. Armenia’s Public Services Regulatory
Commission (PSRC) allowed today Interenergo BV company to sell all
100% of shares in the Electrical Networks of Armenia (ENA) power
distribution company to Inter RAO Holding BV.

The deal was earlier, on September 15, approved by the Armenian
government. The application to approve the deal was submitted by
Inter RAO UES.

Interenergo B.V is owned fully by Inter RAO Holding B.V. The latter
is owned fully by Inter RAO UES”.

The Armenian ministry of energy said in legal terms this decision
will not entail any contentious issues.

The Electric Networks of Armenia is awarded the exclusive license to
distribute and transmit electrical power in Armenia.
