Dean takes around 2800$ in bribes from student in Vanadzor

The dean of the distance learning department at the Vanadzor branch of
the Armenian State Engineering University has taken bribes from a
student.
According to a press release by the police, Henrik Hakobyan required
1500$ from a student for his enrollment in the distance learning
department and received the money.
>From 2008 to 2011 Hakobyan took from the same student a total of
480,000 drams (approx. $1315) in brides for the lessons he missed
throughout the entire course, as well as for the written quizzes and
exams.
An investigation is underway.
