Bako Sahakyan signed decree posthumously awarding Andranik Ernekyan
On 17 September President Bako Sahakyan signed a decree posthumously
awarding Andranik Ernekyan, representative of the medical commission
of Armenian Relief Society’s Argentine branch with `For Service in
Battle’ medal for medical assistance shown to servicemen during the
defense of the Artsakh Republic and in connection with the 20th
anniversary of the NKR’s proclamation, central information department
of the office of the Artsakh Republic President reported.
