H. KARAPETYAN: CHANGE OF POWER IS NOT A MATTER OF PERSONALITIES

Today at the meeting with the journalists, touching upon the events
taking place in the Army and the systemic changes generally the
Chairman of the NA Standing Committee on Defense, National Security
and Internal Affairs Hrayr Karapetyan called on not to politicize
the Army problems and added that he believes in RA Defense Minister
Seyran Ohanyan.
He also stated that ARF has convened a general meeting where they
have come to a conclusion that they should implement systemic and
substantial changes of power.
“What does this mean. This doesn’t mean that Serzh Sargsyan should
leave and someone else like Poghos Poghosyan should be appointed
instead of him. Change of power is not a matter of personalities. It
should have a systematic nature,” H. Karapetyan concluded.
