RED CROSS REPS. VISIT AZERBAIJANI POW HELD IN ARMENIAN CAPTIVITY

YEREVAN. – Representatives of the International Committee of the Red
Cross (ICRC) visited on August 12 Azerbaijani POW Roman Huseynov held
in the Armenian captivity.
The POW was handed over his family’s letter, while Huseynov’s letter
to his family was sent to Azerbaijan.
Back in 2010 Huseynov crossed the line of contact between the
armed forces of Nagorno-Karabakh and Azerbaijan and yielded himself
to Karabakh soldiers. As Armenian News-NEWS.am reported earlier,
employees of Red Cross visited this week three Armenian POWs and five
members of the Armenian family kept in Azerbaijani captivity.
