VivaCell-MTS postpaid subscribers can get larger SMS packages

VivaCell-MTS, a subsidiary of `Mobile TeleSystems’ OJSC, is glad to
announce that the postpaid subscribers (except for the subscribers of
`Personal’ and `City Talks’ tariff plans) who communicate via SMS more
often can now activate thrice larger SMS packages for the same prices.
