PROBLEMS WITH SUPERJET ENGINE

One of the first buyers of SuperJet airplanes constructed by Sukhoy
Constructive Bureau became the national air company of Armenia Armavia,
but it will not exploit the planes until the relevant commission
studies the problem occurred with the engine of the aircraft.
Press secretary of the air company told Mediamax that it is not known
how long the commission will work noting that they will inform about
the results.
Mediamax reports that Armavia confirmed there is a problem with the
engine and stated “a commission has been set up for the revelation
of reasons of deviation composed of representatives of Sukhoy civil
aircrafts, PowerJet and Armavia companies”.
Recall when before the Russian press kept writing about problems with
the engine of the planes, Armavia was insisting on their absence.
