Armenian GM Levon Aronian is going to take part in the tournament
devoted to the 100th Anniversary of Mikhail Botvinnik, which is to
be held with the rules of rapid and blitz games in Moscow, Russia
on September 1-5, 2011, armchess.am informs. Aronian’s opponents are
going to be Viswanathan Anand, Magnus Carlsen and Vladimir Kramnik.
On the same days women’s tournament, devoted to the memory of Botvinnik
will also be held in the capital of Russia. Elina Danielian is going to
participate in it. Armenian grandmaster’s opponents will be Viktorija
Cmilyte, Humpy Koneru and Tatiana Kosintseva.
