“This is Azerbaijani vandals’ policy outcome, and the day hasn’t been
chosen by chance, since today the 17th anniversary of ceasefire fire
treaty is marked. Azerbaijan is intended to push people of Artsakh
into panic, claiming they can resolve the NK conflict through force,”
Republican MP Edward Sharmazanov told Panorama.am making remarks over
the killed civilian by Azerbaijani sniper.
Armenian MP stated that in 1994 “Azerbaijan begged for ceasefire
treaty, and similar incidents suggest adequate responses.”
“I would like the international community; particularly OSCE Minsk
Group co-chairing states to focus the incident, since Azerbaijan’s
vandalism isn’t definitely condemned,” Armenian MP said.
