French senators representing French-Turkish parliamentary friendship
group met with Turkish Parliament Deputy Speaker Sadik Yakut.
Turkish official demanded that the bill making it a crime to deny
the Armenian Genocide be removed from the agenda of French Senate,
Turkish Haberler reports.
President of friendship group Jacques Blanc said it is impossible to
remove the bill from the agenda but added the bill is unlikely to be
adopted in the Senate.
