ARMENIA’S PRESIDENT MEETS BULGARIAN MINISTER FOR TRANSPORT

President Serzh Sargsyan today received Alexander Tsvetkov, the
Minister of Transport, Information Technologies and Communication
of Bulgaria, who visits Armenia to participate in the 6th sitting of
the Armenian-Bulgarian Intergovernmental Commission on Trade-Economic
and Scientific-Technical Cooperation.

Serzh Sargsyan noted that Armenia attaches great importance to the
continuous expansion of friendly relations with Bulgaria in the
political, economic, cultural and other spheres. According to the
President, the Intergovernmental Commission plays a great role in the
development of economic exchange, establishment of contacts between the
businessmen of the two countries and implementation of new programs.

“I do hope this sitting of the Commission will open new opportunities
for state bodies and businessmen to find new fields of cooperation,”
President Sargsyan underlined.

Alexander Tsvetkov assured that the results of the discussions and
agreements reached during the sitting will become tangible in the
near future.
