Armenia conducts demarcation of the Armenian-Georgian border.

The border line will pass near Apaven and Jeliz borders, Lori Marz,
RA Governmental Information and PR Department informed NEWS.am.

To solve territorial issues, Government plans to allocate 17.5m
AMD (USD $50.000), of which AMD 8.3m will be allotted to provide
compensation to 19 citizens. Their territory of 1.9 hectares will
be expropriated.

Thus, the government put each square meter of land at $ 1.15. In total,
2 hectares of land will be allotted for a new demarcation.
