YEREVAN, September 1./ ARKA /.President Serzh Sargsyan at the meeting
with Armenian medal winners of 2009-2010, the winners of international
competitions, the winners of the international mathematical competition
Kangaroo named the three key qualities that should be possessed by
any head of state.
“I think the president of Armenia should first of all love his country
and the people.ã~@~@Secondly, the interests of his country and its
people must be paramount, not in words but in deeds.ã~@~@Thirdly,
any president, in a country like ours and many others, must work day
and night,” said the president.
The President stressed that in his opinion, any president must have
many positive qualities and have a lot of principles.
