The 90th anniversary of signing the Treaty of Sevres is marked today.
The Treaty of Sevres was signed on August 10, 1920 in Sevres, France.
According to the Treaty, Turkey committed itself to return part of
historical Armenia – 100,000 square meters to Armenia, to recognize
Armenia as independent state.
A march dated to the treaty anniversary is scheduled today in Yerevan.
According to Hayazn Youth Union report, the demonstrators will deliver
letters to the Embassies of France, Italy, United States.
