The Armenian National Movement (ANM) and Heritage parties prepare for
elections; fermentations following party congress were predictable,
and some political forces can take advantage of it, member of Armenian
parliament and RPA Lernik Alexanyan told reporters.
First President Levon Ter-Petrosyan’s speech at the 16th ANM congress
was a return to the “sources,” according to Alexanyan. “In the issue
of Nagorno Karabakh settlement Levon Ter-Petrosyan returned to his
article “War or Peace” written in the past,” the MP said.
