ARAGATSOTN AND SHIRAK REGIONS IN ARMENIA CALCULATING WIND-CAUSED DAMAGE

ArmInfo. Aragatsotn and Shirak region in Armenia calculates damage
caused by the severe wind.
The Emergency Situations Service of Armenia reported that severe
wind on June 2 damaged a number of private houses and buildings in
the villages of Hovuni, Vahramaberd, Kaps, Marmarashen, Karmrakar,
Keti, Atsik and Pokrashen of Shirak region. A commission has been set
up to calculate the damage. A similar commission has been set up also
in Aragatsotn region where on June 2 and 3 wind damaged the building
of the boiler-house in the town of Ashtarak, roofs of private houses
in the villages of Norashen, Geghadir and Dzoraglukh.
