GM Tigran Gharamian (France) scored 6 points out of 7 and took the
first prize in the open which was held in Limburg, Netherlands. IM
Mher Hovhanisian (Armenia) scored 5 points and took the 7th place
among the 100 participants of the tournament.
GM Tigran Kotanjian scored 7,5 points out of 9 and shared the 1st-2nd
places with GM Merab Gagunashvili (Georgia) in the open which was held
in Tbilisi. Kotanjian was awarded the 2nd prize in the tie-break. GM
Levon Babujian was behind the winners with half a point.
GM David Arutinian scored 6,5, GM Giorgi Bagaturov, Khachatur Eranyan –
6, GM Arsen Yegiazarian – 5,5 points.
191 chess players took part in the tournament.
