Aliyev boycotted Medvedev’s invitation

President Ilham Aliyev’s back out of an informal summit of CIS member
states.
`It is a right step taken by President Aliyev. The main reason for
such a step is that the persons who participated in the occupation of
Shusha, leads Armenia. Aliyev’s step is a signal to Armenia,’ Trend
quotes NAP Deputy Chairman Ali Ahmadov.
`Azerbaijan once again shows that any relations with Armenia are out
of question before the liberation of the occupied land. This means
that it is necessary to solve the Nagorno-Karabakh within the
territorial integrity of Azerbaijan to achieve peace in the South
Caucasus,’ Ahmadov stated.
Today is the 18th anniversary of Shushi liberation. The operation was
conducted under the `Wedding in mountains’ code name.
