Azeri ombudsman lambastes Freedom House report as unfair

[Presenter] [Azerbaijani] Ombudsman Elmira Suleymanova has described
[section of] US Freedom House’s report on Azerbaijan as unfair. The
report regards Nagornyy Karabakh as partially free unlike Azerbaijan.
[Elmira Suleymanova, captioned, shown speaking] This is really painful,
at least because of its credibility. Let me ask you a question, how
could this happen especially as Armenia has been recognized as the
aggressor for many years and has not been facilitating a solution
to the Nagornyy Karabakh conflict. Besides, it is not clear what
indicators they used to evaluate the situation in Azerbaijan. How
come that the aggressor Armenia is allowed to commit abuses against
Azerbaijan both inside the country and in front of the entire world
in violation of international humanitarian law.
