Armenian chess player Robert Hovhannisian has become a Grand Master
at 19, a spokesperson for Armenia’s Chess Federation said.
The FIDE approved at the 2nd Quarter Presidential Board 2010 which
was held on April 22-23 in Sofia, Bulgaria, the decision to title
19-year-old Armenia’s chess player Robert Hovhannisian as a Grand
Master.
