VARDAN OSKANYAN: ISSUE ON NAKHIJEVAN MIGHT PREVENT KARABAKH PROCESS
YEREVAN, MARCH 29. ARMINFO. An issue of Nakhijevan occupied by
Azerbaijan from Armenia early 20th century is the separate task to be
discussed, stated Armenian Foreign Minister Vardan Oskanyan at today’s
parliamentary hearings.
In his words, there are various opinions concerning this issue, but it
is not on the agenda of the Armenian side. “It is a matter for the
separate and serious discussion and is no purpose to mix it together
with the Karabakh issue. It might prevent positive solution of the
Karabakh process”, Oskanyan noted. -r-
