The Armenian-Turkish border will hardly open before the protocols
are ratified, member of the ARF Bureau, head of the ARF faction Vahan
Hovhannisyan told a press conference today.
"If this happens, it will be a result of unilateral concessions,
while any unilateral concession is destructive for Armenia," he said.
In general, Vahan Hovhannisyan notices controversial elements in
Armenia’s stance in the Armenian-Turkish reconciliation process.
