AMERIABANK OBTAINS STATUS OF AGENT ON GOVERNMENT (TREASURY) MID-TERM AND LONG-TERM COUPON BONDS MARKET

YEREVAN, March 30, /ARKA/. On March 26 this year Ameriabank CJSC
obtained the status of an Agent on the government (treasury) mid-term
and long-term coupon bonds market of Armenia.
A press release by Ameriabank said it will carry on as an active
player both in the primary and secondary stock markets.
Ameriabank is a corporate bank with integrated investment-banking
and a limited number of retail banking services. The bank board of
directors is headed by Ruben Vardanian. Its CEO is Artak Hanesian.
Ameribanks strategic partner is one of the biggest Russian investment
cosmogonies Troika Dialog.
