On March 3 President Serzh Sargsyan signed a decree on releasing Ruben
Karapetyan from the duties of Armenia’s Plenipotentiary Representative
in the League of Arab States, President’s Press office reported.

According to another presidential decree, Armenian Ambassador
Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to the Arab Republic of Egypt Armen
Melkonyan was appointed Armenia’s Representative in the League of
Arab States.
